Here’s what we did last year 2019 to raise funds in support of an orphanage.

Who is it for?
Our goal was to raise funds to help support an orphanage in Bintan. 

What did we do?
We organized a charity golf tournament in Batam to raise awareness of the orphanage and invited like-minded people who share the passion of golf and supporting charity work at the same time.

How did we do this?

We planned and conceptualised the charity golf tournament from scratch.
We handled all logistics from booking of golf course, hotel accommodations and ferry transfers for the participants.
We took care of registration and fees payment.
We also solicited for sponsors and sourced for lucky draw prizes.
We procured trophies and auction items.
We created video to showcase the orphanage beginnings and current needs.
We co-ordinated with the orphanage to give a singing performance at the charity lunch event.
